Gallery grabber plugin ?

Ok, Ive had a search about but havnt had much luck, but that doesnt mean it doesnt exist.

I have a wordpress blog site, I then also have phpbb forum installed on the same domain, but not connected directly to the WP blog.

If users on the forum when posting, upload images to mysite.co.uk/forum/files/ I want to be able to display the newest or random images, within a gallery on a page within the WP site, from the mentioned folder, maybe with short code?

I have found a few plugins that allow you to do this, but you have to manually move/show the images with the admin settings.

Is there anything out there that will do it automatically.

(users wont be able to log into the WP site, only the forum).
