When configuring the gallery in the admin dashboard, kindly have a look at the lower right where you’ll see the Gallery Sorting option to set up your preferred sorting option.
To have the galley images sorted alphabetically in your case, you’ll need to select “Title – alphabetically” as shown in this linked image: https://prnt.sc/7AOdEOmJ4k8o

Yes, the gallery is set to sort alphabetically but it’s not. I have several screenshots if I can share them somewhere. I have double checked that all the file names are correct.
Look at LUCIA GUERRERO, MARCY RYLAN, LYNN GILMARTIN.

I’m having a look at the images with the 3 names you’ve shared with us and can see that they are actually arranged alphabetically based on their image title.

Strangely enough they are in alphabetical order when editing the gallery but not when viewing it. No idea why.

I’m having a look at the images on the gallery in the page you’ve shared with us and just like the last time I analysed the page, I can see that they are arranged alphabetically based on their image title.

Thank you for getting back to me. I did go to that link to send you screenshots of the out of order images but I couldn’t figure out how to use it.

For the site that I sent you (https://prnt.sc/), all you need to do is to click on the “Browse images” button to browse through the images on your device and then select the screenshot you want to share.
Alternatively, you can simply just drag and drop the image/screenshot to the areas shown in this linked image (which uses the same upload tool): https://prnt.sc/LUpTSRiVT1F8
A link will be automatically generated. You can copy the link and then share it with me here.

You have been most helpful but I won’t drag this on. The images are not in alphabetical order and it appears I can’t do anything about it.
I tried to use the links you sent but all I get is “Browse Images” but nothing happens when I click on it.

I now have almost fifteen hundred images in this gallery –

As you can see numerous images are not in alphabetical order. This makes checking for duplicates and seeing if an image is already there very difficult. I check that the names are the same format so I don’t know how to get them to sort properly.
Appreciate any help you can offer.
