I also have another issue with the menu on my blog page only. It says this

    <span class=”t4p-icon-menu”></span>

I have fixed the first issue with removing the gap, but I still have the issue with #2 on my blog menu page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Cindy

    Hi,

There is a few script error on your website, which cause the mobile menu to appear on your blog page.

You can see the script errors in developer tools.

You can check for plugin conflict, by disabling one plugin at a time and clear browser history.

    Thank you

Hello! I’m having the same problem! Disabling plug-ins to no avail. What can be done?

    Hi @mgk410

    Post your website URL.
Need to look at your website from developer console.

    My website http://lmacademy.ru/

I would be very grateful for the help!

    Hi @mgk410

There are script errors on your site.

You will have to find which plugin is producing incompatible code that breaks these scripts.

    1) First thing to do is to check if your WordPress and Theme is updated to Current version. If not, you will have to update them.

    2) If you have a cache plugin, you will have to clear it’s cache content and disable it.

    3) Disable all plugins and check if your menu is loading properly.
If yes, this could mean at least one plugin is causing this issue, or it could be more…

    4) Proceed to disable one plugin at a time, clear browser history and re-visit your website to take a look at your menu.
Do this until you see your menu loading properly, this will be the plugin that’s causing issue.

    Thank you

    Hi, Denzel Chia!

    Thank you!

Checked all updates are installed. After disabling all plugins the problem persists… Maybe it makes sense to remove all plugins?

    Thank you!

For example, right now on my site http://www.lmacademy.ru active only one plugin Redux Framework, but I installed it much later occurrence of the problem.

    What else can you do?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Are you using Evolve 3.6.2 with WordPress 4.5.2 and reduxframework 3.6.0.2

If not, please update your software.
If yes, you can try re-installing Evolve theme. Sometimes something may not be installed correctly.

You can also check with your web hosting company whether they have a server cache running, if yes, ask them for steps on how to clear it’s cache content.

    Thank you

    Hi!

Thank you for your support! Unfortunately, nothing happened… Probably have to change the theme… However, thank you very much!

    You are welcome.

    Thank you.
