Gateway Timeout

    Hi,

    I am trying to import/update over 300 users. I am getting Gateway Timeout error each time I try. Is there a reason for this?

    I had to reduce the import size to below 100 to make it work.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    @pawanahluwalia,

    This problem is not solved yet. For export we have just solved it in 1.18.

    We are working in solving it in import process.

    While we solve it, you can increase the limits in your hosting or cut your file in little pieces.
