Hi Takayuki, like to chip in more specifically. And I do agree with you that in the end the user is responsible.

I use your plugin on my website. Like it very much. Thank you!

Some points I like to ask.
    – Does it use Google Fonts?
    – Does it track any personal data, like IP address, location, browser type etc.?
    – Is there any other type of tracking happening?
    – Do you have a Privacy Shield certification (if you are outside the EU and in the US, I ask as I do not know where you are based)?
    – Do you have a Data Processing Agreement for EU customers?
    – Do you have a supervisory authority (if you don’t have a presence in the EU?
    – Does it ‘phone home’?
    Etc.

In other words how compliant is it with the new EU data protection laws?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the speedy response.

I agree that it is the website owners responsibility but we have to be able to tell the reader how and where their information is stored. That would come down to the plugin owner.

    Thanks for explaining further @changeagent
