 * According to code s131.3.5 the EU commission says all forms on websites must 
   be sent encrypted.
    Are your forms already encrypted ?

 * This is the first I’ve heard about data encryption in relation to GDPR. However,

 * This is not something a form plugin is doing. You have to migrate your website
   to HTTPS. This way, every data between a users browser and your webserver is 
   send encrypted.
