The first one is that when i click on the “X” to close the greeting message, it won’t disappear, instead another greeting message appears and it continues doing so. The second problem is that once i log in with my messenger, the chatbot disappears, and when i refresh the page it won’t appear again (this on mobile, have still to test it on desktop). * I tried to do it on desktop too, but when i logged out from the website and looked at the page, it was not displaying anymore. Like this it’s too invasive. BUT, i tried to deactivate all the plugins, nothing changed. I decided to look at the preview with a different theme (avoiding to replace the current one) and when i close the window’s chat on that theme, it works fine and it gets reduced to icon. So i think you are right, and is a theme’s problem. But this plugin worked fine for my other websites, so it’s great!
