# Generate Blocks creates errors

 * Hi, I’m using Generate Blocks for the very first time, and I’m having problems
   getting it to work as I’m testing it locally on a LAMP stack. I can set up a 
   Container block and create a Grid in it, and they will show up in the preview
   tab, but the actual page generated will always trigger an error message that 
   reads “There has been a critical error on this website.” The Apache error logs
   give me this:

 * This is a known issue with GenerateBlocks 1.6 and PHP 8.1.
 * It’s fixed in GenerateBlocks 1.7 which is available for public alpha testing

 * Another option is changing your “CSS Print Method” to “Inline Embedding” in “
   GenerateBlocks > Settings”.
