generate custom style file.

    I am creating a theme and working on custom css part to be generated (created) a custom css file for it. for example, when users setup fonts, there will be created a custom css file in a specific folder. the file looks like this “custom-font-css-103838.css”

    Is there anybody knows how to create css file?
