 * Hi – on the Shortcode builder with one of my sites, I keep getting:
 * Generated Short Code:
    undefined][/cfdb-html]
 * With fully and correctly completed builder, that’s still what I get.
 * Have been using product for 2 years. This has been a constant annoyance. Had 
   it fixed once by completely, removing/reinstalling the plugin.
 * It returned with one of the recent updates. Tried to fix the same way. Of course,
   no cache enabled and browser cache cleared. No luck this time.
 * Unrelated: Following the most recent CFDB update 2.8.10, no results anymore for
   shortcode templates that included 1) mailto: links, 2) submit_time filters (both
   worked before 2.8.10).

 * I can’t get the “undefined” in the short code builder. I thought I fixed that
   previously. Walk me through what you select to get that.
 * I am pushing a new version 2.8.11 today. Please re-check if your issues still
   appear in that version. If they do, I need more specific information. Can you
   give me examples of what your short codes look like?
