# Generic Error

 * Hi,
    I always get the generic error when I try to subscribe. I added into my 
   mailup web service the IP address of the website, I tried also to deactivate 
   the IP validation but I see the same error. Mailup error is: xmlSubscribe: IpAddress:
   80.88.87.36. Kind Of Error: -1011

   allowing access to “Frontend” resources for the IP address specified above. Good
