# Generic Error

 * Hello,
    I configured the plugin by setting “MailUp console host:” the “Username
   WS” taken from the webservice section on the MailUp site. I tried configuring
   IP control on mailup and even removing this check but I always get a generic 
   error. Can you help me? What should I write to the “MailUp console host:” plugin?
   Do I need to enter more than the webserver username? Thanks

    The expected format for the console host is something with
   a format like this `http://b0b0e.mailupclient.com`
