 * Hello there,
 * I am trying to block submissions from my form including non-Australian numbers.
   I use the same form on my homepage and contact page.
 * Since implementing national validation via the phone number settings, the form
   on my contact page has been updated, but the form on my homepage has not.
 * Why is this? Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

 * I was able to notice the mentioned issue. Can you please clear all the cache 
   enabled for this website and check if that helps to resolve the issue?
