 * Hey..I think in your Plugin is a fixed german Message “Bitte füllen Sie alle 
   Felder aus” instead of “Please fill out all fields”….
    I tested it on your Website.

 * There is no such phrase in wpDiscuz files (only in translation files). Which 
   language you use? maybe the translation was made based on German translation 
   file and some phrases were left.
    Also please check Dashboard > Comments > Phrases.
