 * To create my API Key, there is the billing step to complete.
 * Once my credit card number is registered, I will be charged every month for a
   sum of money?
 * OR
 * There is a threshold of use of the KEY API not to be exceeded so as not to be
   debited?
 * I read a lot of documentation and I have a little trouble understanding in fact.
   I am French and I am going through GOOGLE TRANSLATION to try to get out of it.

 * After adding the Creditcard you have a credit of $200 each month by Google. If
   you have a lot of visitors on the pages where the map is loaded, then it is possible
   that your cc will be charged.
 * If you decide to not add the cc, your map will not be working properly.

 * You can set up limits on your API key so that no money will actually be charged.
   As previously stated, you get $200.00 each month free from Google, you can set
   your API limits up so that you don’t exceed that free amount, if you so wish.
