 * Hi JackieN,
 * Sorry it’s taken so long to respond. There’s been a rush of support requests
   and bug reports for my plugins, and I’ve been extremely busy with everything
   else too.
 * This particular problem doesn’t happen on my testing sites, so I’ll need a little
   more information to track down the bug and fix it. Can you either send me the
   output of your JavaScript console, or set me up an account on your site where
   this happens.
 * —–
 * The JavaScript console output _must be_ retrieved after you click the “Insert
   Shortcode” button and nothing happens for it to provide the information I’m looking
   for. Different web browsers have different ways of accessing the JavaScript console.
   In Google Chrome, for example, it’s in the menu under “More Tools.” In Firefox
   and Internet Explorer, it’s usually in, or under the “Developer Tools” submenu.
   And still more for other web browsers. The JavaScript console can also be labeled
   simply “console” or “Web Console” as well. If you can’t find it, let me know
   what browser you’re using.
 * You can simply copy and paste the output here, or take a screenshot. WordPress.
   org doesn’t allow picture uploads, so you’d need to upload the screenshot somewhere,
   then provide the link. Most cloud file services like Dropbox or OneDrive allow
   sharing a link to a picture if you use them. Or a site like [http://postimage.org/](http://postimage.org/)
   will allow you to upload an image (no registration required), and get a link.

 * If you’d rather setup a test account, to allay security concerns, I don’t need
   fancy privileges. I simply need to see a post or page editor in your WordPress
   dashboard. The simplest way is to create a user with Author privileges. If you
   use one of the role or permission editing plugins, like [User Role Editor](https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/),
   you can further restrict it to prevent publishing new or editing existing posts.
   I just need access to the post or page editor so I can see this problem in action.

 * You can send me login credentials (or the JavaScript console output) via email
   to keep it out of the public domain. There is a contact form on the plugin’s
   website ([http://tweetthis.jtmorris.net/contact/](http://tweetthis.jtmorris.net/contact/#contact-form-116))
   that will send directly to my email.
 * Thank you! Hopefully I can get this patched up quickly.
