• I did a migration from one domain to another and it seemed to be fine in all my testing.

I did my migration by setting up a subdomain on the new host, used ManageWP to do the migration, and then I came later with the domain transfer. So for a very brief time, my site was running using the name of the sub domain and not the proper domain name.

Finally, when all jobs were done, I then created a new post and after completion, I used the Get ShortLink button to get a tinyurl to send to a friend. To my surprise it used the value of the subdomain.

I checked the settings and the wp_options table and all were fine.

Does anyone know where to look in the database to see where “Get ShortLink” gets it’s value from?
