# get_custom_logo() error

 * I am trying Bento out as a replacement for Azoom. When I enable the theme I get
   a “Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_custom_logo() in /home/pbdigest/
   public_html/test/wp-content/themes/bento/includes/template-tags.php on line 60”
   message. I see the function in the functions.php file, but it doesn’t appear 
   to be working… Any help would be appreciated.

 * thanks for choosing Bento!
 * It looks like you’re using an old version of WordPress on your website (4.4.2);
   the `get_custom_logo()` is a core function, but it was [introduced since](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_custom_logo/)
   WP ver 4.5.0 (April 2016), hence the error message. It should disappear when 
   you upgrade your instance of WordPress to the latest version 😉

 * P.S. we will also update the theme’s code to account for this issue, it will 
   go live with the next update – but I highly recommend updating WordPress core
   as quickly as possible in any case
