# get_permalink returns invalid string

 * when i use get_permalink(57); the return value is
 * [http://www.server.com/index.php/%post_name%/57](http://www.server.com/index.php/%post_name%/57)
 * my custom permalink is
    /index.php/%post_name%/%post_id% so it looks like the%
   post_id% is being resolved but %post_name% is not
 * may page links show as
    index.php/name-of-page
