 * I am getting this error message on one of my sub-directory of a multisite install.
 * Warning: getimagesize(/var/chroot/home/content/64/9220864/html/recipes/wp-content/
   uploads/sites/13/2013/05/recipe_slider1.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed
   to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/64/9220864/html/wp-
   content/themes/cookingpress/backend/purepress-functions.php on line 428
 * There error can be found here – [http://gloconj.com/recipes/](http://gloconj.com/recipes/)
 * Has anyone come across this and know how to fix it?
 * I have contacted the themes support forum several times, their solution did not
   take so I thought I would try here.

 * That looks like an issue with your cookingpress theme. Where did you download
   it from?

 * It definitely is a theme issue – but I am not getting any support for it. I downloaded
   it from Theme forest. I started a thread on purethemes.com in may for the owner
   of the theme. They tried to help once but the answer did not work. They have
   not responded since and that was on June 7th. I’m at a complete loss with this.

 * I hate to say this …
 * We don’t generally support 3rd party themes here, and we never support ones that
   aren’t GPLv2 compatible. There are a couple reasons for this, but IMO the big
   one is that these guys are trying to make money off their work, and free support
   undercuts them. Second to that? We don’t have access to the code because it’s
   not free to download 🙁
 * And alas, it’s possible they wrote their code in a way to make it not work with
   Mutltisite.
 * `No such file or directory in /home/content/64/9220864/html/wp-content/themes/
   cookingpress/backend/purepress-functions.php`
 * Check that file and see if it’s calling TimThumb?

 * I completely understand, I just wish they’d answer me. It’s been over two months
   now, getting the feeling I”ve been ripped off, lol.
 * I did not see anything in that file calling TimThumb.
 * Unfortunately I will have to chalk this up as an expensive lesson learned.
