# GetResponse Integration – missing form fields

 * Hi,
 * I installed the plugin and added the form ID from GetResponse and have a few 
   issues:
 * – I seem to be able to only use your templates, but I have three form fields,
   which none of your templates do.
 * – I also have pre-existing CSS. I assume that is not imported?
 * – The form is displayed twice on the page.

 * Optin Forms is built to support name and email field. Implementing any other 
   fields would require custom development.
 * Could you share the URL of the page where two forms are displayed, so I can take
   a look?
