 * I am getting some errors…by mistake i deleted some files from my control panel….
 * so please help me….

    Download new WordPress zip and upload the files
   that you have deleted.

 * Yes. But you don’t need to install WP again. Just upload the missing files.

 * It appears you have deleted rss.php from folder wp/includes . cp or ftp to your
   site and have a look at folder /includes does it contain a file rss.php
    If not
   you will need to replace it but **BEWARE** you replace with the same version
 * I presume you don’t have a backup ?
