# Getting 0 when exporting

 * I just installed the plugin and tried to do an export but am getting only ‘0’
   as an output. No file or products are being downloaded. I used the default settings
   and it is still the same. Not sure what is wrong here.

 * if you use caching/security plugins – try to disable them.

 * Hi, I tried again after a few hours and it worked. Not sure what did the trick,
   initially I couldn’t even save the settings, now everything seems to work fine.
   Probably a cache issue since over time it seemed to have worked.
