 * I active WWW-Authenticate option on but don’t put any username and password,

 * Open your **.htaccess** file then delete or comment all the lines between `# 
   BEGIN HttpHeadersAuth` and `# END HttpHeadersAuth`. That’s all.

 * I really don’t know, it depends of your headers configuration and the resources
   that uses those plugins.
