Getting 404 errors for "close_banner.png"

    My site log is showing recurring 404 errors for an image that is apparently part of Contact-Form. The path shown in the 404 log entry is:

    ​/wp-content​/plugins​/contact-form-plugin​/images​/close_banner.png

    In this image directory there is banner_for_ctfrmtdb.png and banner.png, but no close_banner.png

    Recommendation?
