# Getting a 404 error

 * Hi, the plugin does not work when I press Quick or Complete Scan. It tries to
   load for about 10-20 seconds but gives me a 404 error instead. I have the latest
   definitions.

 * Well, that is strange. I am not aware of any conflicts or unresolved issues that
   would cause this. If you would be willing to let me into your WP Admin I would
   be happy to debug it for you and figure out what the problem is.
