# Getting a Parse Error

 * My Blog was up and running perfect for about a month and then one day it said
   
   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /data/16/1/28/64/1517227/user/1632803/
   htdocs/blog/index.php on line 18
 * not sure why this happened.
 * I have not edited any thing in the theme or out new plugins on since the blog
   was first started.

 * Can still get into the WP through /wp-admin so still not sure what is going on
   or why it did this
