getting a Parse Error

My blog is hosted on my own web site & when I went to post on it today, I get a blank white page with nothing on it except the following:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/content/t/o/p/topekacrochet/html/blog/wp-load.php on line 50

At this point, I have no clue what it means, nor do I know how to fix it. I can’t log in to my blog, so I was trying to go through my host but with no luck. The last time I visited my blog was June 25 of this year and everything was working just fine.

I really want my blog back. Please help.
