# Getting a website chat function to work

 * Hello, I am using an email client called Front to add a chat feature to my website.
   They provided me with a code snippet that my theme, Salient, had me put in a 
   Custom JS Code section. However the chat feature is not loading and I’m not sure
   if it may have to do with Autoptimize settings. Any guidance would be appreciated
   as I am not very experienced with this sort of thing.

 * If you have “also aggregate inlined JS” on, can you disable that option? If it
   still does not work; what JS error is shown on the browser console?
