Getting an error when upload images

    Hi, i recently moved my wordpress to another hosting company (from hostgator to Godaddy). And everything went great. except that the upload images feature of wordpress no longer works. Every time i try to upload something to put into a post I get this error

    Unable to create directory /home/strikemm/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2008/12. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Anyone know how I fix this? i tried changing the permissions of the Uploads folder to allowing everything but i got the same error.

    you might need to check php permissions or safety in the settings if it’s Plesk

    Can anyone please help me? My writers are unable to post articles w/ pictures and Iv been trying to figure it out but have had no luck.

    Should I re-install the original wordpress files?

    Could anyone help me with this problem…

    Ask your provider to turn off safe-mode in php. (Or if you have a Plesk desk for your domain, you can turn it off yourself)
