# Getting Bad Request(invalid_grant)

 * Hi,
 * We are using POSTMAN SMTP and everthing apart from Sales confirmation emails 
   appears to have been working. We initially thought that it was a continuing issue
   with Worldpay notification/callback.
 * But then I check the logs for Postman. And there is a Bad Request(invalid_grant)
 * What does this mean? does it mean I need to reset the Google API?
 * [http://www.googleapis.com:443](http://www.googleapis.com:443) is open and logs
   are showing as not sent
 * Sending URL https:oauth2://www.googleapis.com:443
 * When I ran the Diagnostic Test I got this
 * Postman Prevent Message Sender Override (Email|Name): No | No
    Postman Active
   Transport: Gmail API (https:oauth2://www.googleapis.com:443) Postman Active Transport
   Status (Ready|Connected): Yes | Yes Postman Deliveries (Success|Fail): 615 | 
   54
 * So I presume something else must be wrong?

 * Reading some more I think that i am on the old plugin and need to install your
   upgraded plugin?

 * Yes, my plugin is continue the work of postman but under a diffrent name ( wordpress
   rules).
    Just deactivate the old and activate my plugin – the settings will be
   saved !
 * About your issue, do you have wordfence installed ?

 * No i don’t have wordfence installed. It seems that at some point on 19th December
   2017 the smtp stopped working.

 * There is some odd bug with wordfence.
 * Unfortunately, I can’t point to a specific issue, Google can drop the oauth key
   because of different reasons.’You can only request permissions again fro post
   SMTP.
