 * This is the error code I’m getting. I removed a couple of response forms from
   my site and changed a couple of text boxes. Nothing too major. I am NOT TECH 
   SAVVY!! But am trying to figure out how to remove this error from the very top
   of my page.

 * Based on the error it’s pointing to the Elementor plugin.
 * Is the issue related to Cool Tag Cloud plugin ( issue happens when plugin active,
   does not happen when inactive )?
 * If it’s not related to Cool Tag Cloud plugin you need to make a support request
   for Elementor. You can do that at [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/).
   Scroll all the way down and you’ll see a form where you create a new support 
   request.

 * I get this error too.
    It is related to the plugin. It goes away when disabling
   the plugin. Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /var/www/***********

 * And if you remove the title the issue is back?

   tag…)?
