# Getting Error “API Token is Not Valid”

 * As instructed,
    I went to WordPress Backend > Zoho Account > New Account, and
   clicked on **“You can get Zoho API token from here. “**
 * Then I was redirected to Zoho app, I authenticated it and got the access Token.
 * I pasted it in API Token field and saved.
 * Then I got the errors:
 * API Token is Not Valid
 * Dismiss this notice.
    Test Connection: Connection to Zoho is NOT Working
