# Getting error code 100

 * Having an issue where the feed is constantly giving an error code 100, checked
   settings and everything appears to be set up correctly, when I check the demo
   page as recommended by the plugin though, I get an error. The page I’m trying
   to connect is [https://www.facebook.com/cancer4pres/?fref=ts](https://www.facebook.com/cancer4pres/?fref=ts),
   any help here would be appreciated.

 * Hey mplaidlawgroup,
 * A 100 error usually means that the Facebook page currently has a restriction 
   on it which is preventing it from being public. I tried to view your Facebook
   page when logged out of Facebook and couldn’t view it, which indicates that it
   does indeed have a restriction on it. Could you follow the directions in #2 of
   [this FAQ](https://smashballoon.com/facebook-feed-doesnt-show-can-see-like-box-posts-gives/)
   and let me know whether it resolves the issue for you?
