 * I set up a website about 18 months ago using the Poloray theme. I have not logged
   in or viewed the site for some months. When I viewed it today, it had an error“
   Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home2/xxxxxx/public_html/
   xxxxxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/ap3-installer/ap3-installer-core.php on line
   58.”
 * I am also unable to log in an administrator. I get more error messages as follows:“
   Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home2/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/ap3-installer/ap3-
   installer-core.php:58) in /home2/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxx.com/wp-login.php
   on line 368”
 * Has anyone come across this and how did you resolve it?

 * It seems the problem was caused by a php upgrade. If you contact your hosting
   provider, they will change the php version on your site back to 5.3. This worked
   for me and it is all sorted.

 * Yes! Indeed.
    I had that brilliant idea (calling hosting provider) right after
   I posted my q. and it solved!!!
