 * When submitting the form it gives error.
 * The ‘cardNumber’ element is invalid – The value XX is invalid according to its
   datatype ‘String’ – The actual length is less than the MinLength value.
 * I tried to change the id, key to sandbox too but same issue.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgetting-error-message-23%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello [@jitin880426](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jitin880426/)
 * Thank you for reaching out. It’s already functional; kindly verify the of the
   video link.
 * Video Link: [https://tinyurl.com/ymofy3bf](https://tinyurl.com/ymofy3bf)
 * It appears that the error message is related to the usage of the API key within
   the Authorize.net Integration. Could you please verify if the payment field on
   the form is correctly linked with the appropriate API login ID and transaction
   key? You can refer to this guide for detailed instructions on how to obtain your
   API login ID and transaction key from Authorize.net: [https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-my-API-Login-ID-and-Transaction-Key](https://support.authorize.net/s/article/How-do-I-obtain-my-API-Login-ID-and-Transaction-Key)
 * If you are certain that you have entered the correct login ID and transaction
   key, consider removing the payment integration from your form and then re-adding
   it. After reintegration, ensure that you input your login ID and transaction
   key for Authorize.net once more.
 * Please keep us updated on the results.

 * Hello
 * I used details provided by client and also made sandbox account for testing but
   got same error in both cases.
 * I may be switching to Gravity forms as it was also storing the data of the credit
   card, which I think should be private.
