 * Hi, Can you please help me out with the problem on some pages I am getting issues
   without making any changes.

   wp-qrcode-me-v-card/model/class-wqm-qr-code.php on line 323
 * It was working fine before. But suddenly it shows such errors.

 * Looks like not enough empty space on server or incorrect rights on upload folder
   
   or invalid file name on uplad or someone delete that file or some plugin delete“
   unused” thumbs check is file exists in file system
