 * Hello [@topcat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/topcat/) ,
 * To further investigate this issue, I would like to suggest that you check the
   logs and the status of the emails sent through Fluent SMTP. This will help us
   determine if the email was successfully sent from your WordPress website and
   identify any issues with email delivery.
 * To check the email delivery log for Fluent SMTP, please follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to the Fluent SMTP Dashboard in your WordPress admin area.
    2. Look for the ‘Email Logs’ section to view recent email delivery attempts and
       their statuses.
    3. Click on the ‘View’ icon button for any failed email log.
    4. A popup window will open displaying a list of all the emails sent through Fluent
       SMTP. This includes the recipient’s email address, the subject of the email,
       the date and time it was sent, and the technical status of the email.
    5. Scroll down to find the ‘Technical Section’ and inspect the message to understand
       why the email has failed. A screenshot of the full page along with the Error
       Message will be very helpful for me to assist you further.
 * To assist you further, I’m including a guide on how to get Technical Details:
 * [**[Guide Link Here]**](https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/introduction-to-fluent-smtp-dashboard/#email-log-technical-information)
 * Please follow the steps outlined in the guide, collect the error message and
   any other relevant information, and send it over to me. I’ll be happy to review
   the details and help you find a solution to this issue.

 * Same error here for Yahoo email address!
 * Also, test message was sent successfully, but when submitting from the form the
   error occurs.
   **SMTP Error: data not accepted.**

 * [@aldograbic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/aldograbic/), it did that for
   me as well. I ended up disabling SMTP and the form is working. I’m not sure that’s
   a good longterm solution, but I’m keeping an eye on it.

 * [@topcat](https://wordpress.org/support/users/topcat/) Found a fix, hope that
   it will work for you also. Try removing reply-to header. Found out that Yahoo
   has some type of policy for that.
