 * It says error, however once you reload the page it shows the user now logged 
   in.

 * No caching plugins running. I deactivated security plugin and also Jetpack but
   no luck on fixing this.

 * It’s possible this conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check 
   if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the
   default WordPress theme?

 * I checked all plugins and found that it was s2Member Plugin causing the issue
   only when activated.
 * How can I fix this conflict issue?
