# Getting ErrorSendAsDenied error event

 * I’m getting an error now saying:
 *     ```
       Mailer: 365 / Outlook
       ErrorSendAsDenied: The user account which was used to submit this request does not have the right to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account., Cannot submit message.
       ```
   
 * The source is Anti-Spam by CleanTalk and Formidable Forms.
 * I’m not sure if this is a plugin issue or an issue with Outlook authorization?

 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * It looks like you have authenticated the WP Mail SMTP plugin using one email 
   address (Eg: [support@example.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/getting-errorsendasdenied-error-event/support@example.com?output_format=md)),
   but some of your plugins (Anti-Spam by CleanTalk and Formidable Forms) are trying
   to send emails using a different email address.
 * To resolve this issue, you can “force from email address” under the **WP Mail
   SMTP -> Settings** page.
