# Getting HTTP 500 Error

 * I am getting strange error. Whenever i click add to cart for 2 or more quantity
   or add 2nd items on same page, it throws error HTTP Error 500 (this page is not
   working), after refreshing page page appears with quantity 2 .
 * Pl help.

 * Hi, please carry out the following 3 steps.
 * #1) Check your cache plugin settings if you have a cache plugin. Sometimes cache
   plugin can cause issues on shopping cart plugins.
 * #2) Check the following URL to determine if the PHP session on the site is working
   correctly:

 * #3) Create a test page then add the following two shortcodes in that page then
   test it:

 * Answer
    #1 – No Cache plugin found. My Woocommerce cart is working fine. Only
   This one get HTTP500 issue. #2 – Called up my Hosting company and they said, 
   it’s fine.
 * #3 – Same result on existing site. But, I created a new temp site just to test
   this and it worked fine. No issue after second click on Add to cart. What could
   be problem with my first site.
 * Any advice?

 * The best way to troubleshoot this is by comparing your temp test site and your
   current site. This should help you replicate the issue.

 * Pl ignore last, it’s still appearing . I think, it’s occurring because , i am
   using woocommerce and WP simple cart(Separate page) under same site/theme. any
   idea ?

 * Hi, I am not sure if it is a good idea to have both plugins enabled at the same
   time! Both plugins are shopping cart/ eCommerce plugins.
