 * Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
 * It looks like you have a caching plugin installed and active on your site which
   might be minifying the script on your site which sometimes breaks some JavaScript-
   controlled functionalities causing the message you are seeing.
 * When you get the chance, can you please try to see if you can exclude the page
   where the forms are from being cache? Or, if you have the option, please exclude
   this file path from being minified: `/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/
   js/wpforms.js`
