# Getting "Oops. Something went wrong"

 * I’m getting an “oops. something went wrong” message when attempting to sign up.
   It doesn’t happen every time and it occurs even with all plugins disabled (using
   base theme).
 * Any advice? I checked the log and it shows the following:
 * ERROR: Form 741 > MailChimp API error: 0
 * This only seems to happen when logged out of WP.

 * Yes it does even when upgraded to 4.0.
