 * Hi there [@erinlinkphotos](https://wordpress.org/support/users/erinlinkphotos/),
   thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear this. Could you just confirm that
   you are still seeing this? If yes, please could you share the following:
    1. Your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can [use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see the same after performing a [Site Kit reset](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/using-site-kit/reset/)?
 * Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime and I will be happy
   to help with those. Once you have shared the information above I can review and
   suggest some next steps should there be any for you to take.

 * [@erinlinkphotos](https://wordpress.org/support/users/erinlinkphotos/) Thanks
   for sending. Have you tried clearing all cache on your site? I can see that you
   do have a caching plugin installed so I’d suggest trying this and checking back
   at your Site Kit dashboard.
 * If you still encounter the issue after this then please can you share some screenshots
   or a recording of the experience.

   for the update and sorry to hear you’re still facing the issue. Please can I
   ask you to try following the troubleshooting steps [here](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/troubleshooting/using-troubleshooting-mode/)
   to see if you still see the same while in troubleshooting mode with just Site
   Kit active?

 * [@erinlinkphotos](https://wordpress.org/support/users/erinlinkphotos/) I can
   see that you have a plugin active in which can cause a `Cannot read properties
   of undefined (reading 'map') in WidgetAreaRend` error. Can I ask if you have
   tried to follow the steps below:
    1. Download [this mini-plugin](https://gist.github.com/aaemnnosttv/2cbbd299e52235e4e98017b8ff8c851e/archive/04fa794b24ac50853c09fdb5bba3ff8b0c595039.zip)
    2. Upload and activate the plugin (via the [plugin upload method](https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/manage-plugins/#upload-via-wordpress-admin))
    3. Keep this plugin active in the event that the conflict does return
 * Does this clear the error for you? More information on this can be found in our
   [sticky post](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/resolved-cannot-read-properties-of-undefined-reading-map/)
   about this error. Let me know how you get on with the mini plugin installed.

   hear that! I will mark this topic as resolved. If you need any assistance in
   future then please feel free to open another support topic and we will be happy
