 * Hi,
 * Upon testing all installed plugins on my website one by one, I found that the“
   WebP Express” plugin causing the following issue. I don’t know why?
 * This page contains the following errors:
    error on line 2 at column 6: XML declaration
   allowed only at the start of the document Below is a rendering of the page up
   to the first error.

 * This is not good. I’m facing the exact same issue and I see that it’s been reported
   two months ago and there was no response whatsoever.
 * Is the developer active?
