# Getting Started?

 * Hello Everyone,
 * This is my first day on WordPress so these are newbee questions.
 * I have two large blogs on Blogger.com but I host both of them on my server with
   my own URL’s. The layouts are the same and highly customized with my CSS. The
   larget one is at [http://www.usernomics.com/news/user-interface-design-news.html](http://www.usernomics.com/news/user-interface-design-news.html).
 * I would like to convert these blogs to WordPress and have them look much like
   they do now.
 * 1. Is there a way to convert/import my Blogger layout to WordPress or do I have
   to start with a similar theme and customize from there?
 * 2. Is there a detailed discussion of going from Blogger to WordPress somewhere?
 * 3. Can you recommend where I should start to learn about the whole setting-up
   of a new blog based upon my current Blogger layout?
