 * I am new to wordpress plugins and I don’t really have a clue. I have followed
   steps 1 and 2 of the installation instructions, but I don’t know what is meant
   by ‘[appointment] shortcode’ in step 3 and how do I am I supposed to use it to
   show the booking form page please?
