I have installed the appointment scheduler and managed to book an appointment using the demo service but I can’t seem to be able to do much else. When I try to add a service, category, customer or holiday a form flashes on the screen in a split second and disappears.

Please share your booking URL. We will test the frontend process than we will check the backend process with your help.

We made a test appointment on the booking page.

Plugin working perfectly.

Also, we received the email of the appointment:

Yes, as I said I didn’t have any problem booking an appointment with the demo service, but I can’t add any other service, category, customer or holiday. Are these all functions which are not available on the free version? If so, then the free version is fairly useless.

All the functions work in free version. You can create Service, Category, Customer and Holidays.
