# Getting started ¿confusing?

 * I am using “Event tickets” the free version. I have installed a new WordPress
   with the plugin and I can’t get the tools to create the event. For example, the“
   Add new” it’s not listed.
 * Here is a screenshot of what I see with the recently installed plugin. I understand
   that the options to create the event are missing.
 * I will apreciate any help.

 * If you want to create events, then you would need our other core plugin, The 
   Events Calendar: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/)
 * Thanks to Event Tickets, you can then attach tickets/RSVP to those events 🙂
