# Getting started not saving

 * Hi, I cannot access the plugin as the “Getting started” onboarding is not saving
   and keeps and keeps showing. I tried to install an oldest version (2.0) and it
   works bot for 3.0 and more it doesn’t work.
   My console error is:
 * Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()Understand
   this errorAI
   app.js?ver=3.0.0:321 SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘F’, “Forbidden”
   is not valid JSONI tried many things, to modify php or java rules but nothing
   worked

 * Thanks for reaching out to us & extremely sorry for the delayed response.
 * Please note that the latest version of **ShopEngine** is **4.7.4**. Have you 
   tried this version, or were you using an older one? Kindly update to the latest
   version. Additionally, if you have any caching plugins enabled, please **clear
   your site and browser cache**. If possible, disable the caching plugin temporarily
   and check if the issue persists.
 * If the problem remains, try **resetting your permalinks** by following the instructions
   in this video: [https://d.pr/v/qGLvRY](https://d.pr/v/qGLvRY). Hopefully, this
   will resolve the issue.
